Do you accept health insurance?No, we are a self-pay clinic and do not accept or bill any type of health insurance. Payment is due at the time services are rendered. We accept cash, check, credit card, debit card.

Do you offer Telemedicine or Virtual visits?Yes, we do. This allows us to work around your schedule, providing you with convenience and privacy.

Cancellation/Rescheduling and No-show policy.We have a 24-hour cancellation policy. Out of courtesy to other patients and our providers, we ask that you please notify the office as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. All cancellations and requests to reschedule less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may result in a $50 late-cancellation fee for non- emergent cancellations.

Where do I pick up my prescriptions?For your convenience, all prescriptions are mailed directly to your address, ensuring a seamless and hassle-free experience.

Are all compounded medications sourced from FDA-regulated pharmacies in the U.S.?Yes, all of our compounded medications are prepared by trusted partner pharmacies located within the United States. These pharmacies are registered as 503A or 503B compounding facilities and are regulated by the FDA to ensure the highest standards of safety and quality.

Is hormone therapy (HRT, TRT, or BHRT) right for me?Hormone therapy is a highly individualized treatment that requires thorough lab work and a personal consultation with a licensed provider. During the consultation, we will review your lab results and work together to determine if hormone therapy is appropriate for you, and identify the best course of treatment tailored to your specific needs.
